This All Dieletric Self Supporting (ADSS)
cable is designed for installation on poles with maximum
span of 100m.
It can be supplied with 4 to 48 fibers
using four fiber ribbon, single-mode, multimode or both.
High packing density of the fibers is provided
with the ribbon technology. This enables small outer diameter
of the cable even for large fiber counts.
The aramide yarn strength member and the
radial shape of the slotted core profile provide an effective
protection against tension and radial forces applied by
the cable fittings.
Being completely dielectric, the cable
can be installed parallel with power lines.
Wind induced movements such as galloping
are inhibited by the round profile.
